DELIVERY

How long is the delivery time?

We ship all orders with Brev PostNord which takes 2-5 business days within Sweden and 3-6 days within EU.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs 39 SEK in sweden and 6 Euro for EU. Free shipping applies if you order over 500 SEK or 50 Euro.

When will my order be shipped?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. It will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries. 

ORDER/PURCHASE

How do I know if my purchase has gone through?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us at kundsupport@sagawilder.se and we will help you.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kundsupport@sagawilder.se. We will do our best to stop your order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this as we pack orders quickly.

How do I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order. If it has not yet been packed, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one. Please contact us at kundsupport@sagawilder.se for assistance.

How do I change the delivery address?

If you have entered the wrong address, email or phone number, please contact us immediately at kundsupport@sagawilder.se. We will try to correct the information before the package is shipped. If the package has already been shipped, you as the customer are responsible for any additional costs.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payment with Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Appel Pay. Through Klarna we offer direct payment, invoice and partial payment.

COMPLAINT

I have received a damaged product, what do I do now?

Please contact kundsupport@sagawilder.se with pictures of the damage and we will assist you. To expedite the process, please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and pictures or video of the product. Make sure the pictures are clear and well lit.

Important to consider:

You can complain about a product if it is a production defect, but not for normal wear and tear, aging or damage that is self-inflicted.

Contact us within a reasonable time after the damage is discovered, at the latest within 2 months. You have a 3-year right of complaint under the Consumer Sales Act in the event of a production defect.

I have received the wrong product, how do I get the correct product?

Contact kundsupport@sagawilder.se with your order number and a picture of the faulty product and we will help you.

RETURN

  1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee
  2. The customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the transportation risk.
  3. All jewelry must have an unbroken seal for the return to be approved.
  4. To return the products you need to contact us at kundsupport@sagawilder.se.
  5. We will send you instructions on how to proceed and the return address. Once we have received and processed your return, we will register a refund, provided that the products are in new condition.
  6. When you return your product, it is important that you provide your first and last name and order number so we know that the return is from you.


Can I exchange a product?

An exchange is treated as a return. Return the item according to our return policy and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund for the return?

Once we have received your return, we will register a refund, which usually takes 2-5 banking days. If you used Klarna invoice, the amount will be updated or the invoice will be credited.
